CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time if done at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a new deposit being required. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable • Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment will: • Forfeit their deposit • Be required to pay a new deposit + 50% of service total to book again Late Policy Please arrive on time to ensure your full service experience. • 10 minutes late → $10 late fee • 15 minutes late → appointment canceled and deposit forfeited Same-Day Appointments Same-day bookings are allowed based on availability but are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Emergency Situations We understand emergencies happen. One emergency reschedule may be allowed at the discretion of the stylist. Respecting Time Naturally Peach Loc Studio is a private, appointment-only salon. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows impact not only the stylist, but other clients as well.
